One of the most stunning aspects of our campus is that we’re located on the shores of Mt. 希望湾. Well, our residential communities are no different! Below is a list of our residential communities:
The 阿尔梅达住宅社区 is located two miles away from the main campus and provides housing for returning students. 阿尔梅达由三个大, separate buildings of three-and-four-person apartments, as well as two additional buildings called the Flats and Townhouses.
The Baypoint住宅社区 is primarily RWU’s sophomore-specific living area and combines a hotel living experience with university housing. Equipped with its own dining hall, it is located one mile over the Mt. Hope Bridge in Portsmouth and open to any returning student.
Bayside is an apartment-style residential community for returning students. 顾名思义, Bayside is a great location by the water and offers residents easy access to a view of Mount 希望湾 and the shell path.
雪松住宅社区 is a traditional-styled residence hall that houses first-year students. This community is home to the South Campus Lounge, a recreational and study space that is also accessible to students in Maple, 石墙, 和柳树社区.
中央位置, the 枫叶住宅社区 is the ideal location for first year students who want to be right in the middle of the campus life.
Boasting a chic and trendy look and beautiful views of the Mt. 希望湾和运动场, 这120,000 square-foot facility is our newest residential community and offers suites, apartments and traditional room options for returning students.
石墙住宅社区 is home to a mix of students from all years. This community is made up of four separate buildings, in a suite style arrangement and is also the location of our Honors Living Learning Community (LLC).
柳树住宅社区 is located just yards from Mount 希望湾 and offers some of the most stellar views of the Bay and the Mount Hope Bridge. This community is open to all students in a standard unit or townhouse setting.
